After the PlanBridge is successfully installed, a new tab is created in Microsoft Project Professional 2010 or 2013 ribbon.
PlanBridge command groups on PlanBridge tab
PlanBridge tab consists of the following groups and commands (with description):
Exchange with Excel - Common instruments for data exchange between MS Project and Excel

Document Manager Opens the Exchange Document Manager dialog box to track exchange documents sent by e-mail or saved to a folder, to collect and load the documents into the active project |

Scheme Settings Opening Export/Import Schemes window to add new schemes, to edit, copy and delete existing schemes. Schemes are used to export custom project data to Excel and import data from Excel |
Export to Excel - Contains the instruments for MS Project data export from the active project into Excel exchange documents

Save Spreadsheet Opening the Select Export/Import Scheme window to select a scheme for export of custom project data from Microsoft Project file to Microsoft Excel and save in selected folders |

Send by E-mail Opening the Select Export/Import Scheme window to select a scheme to export custom project data from Microsoft Project file to Microsoft Excel and send it by e-mail |
Import from Excel - Contains the instruments for import of MS Project data from Excel

Load Spreadsheet Opening the File Explorer window to choose a Microsoft Excel file, that was created before and saved (see "Export Scheme") to import the changed data to the Microsoft Project file) |
Resource Columns - Contains instruments for creation and management of special task fields connected to assignments data and displayed in columns of Gantt chart view

Create Column Opening Resource Column Definition window for setup of display resources assignments data in task tables or writing data from task custom field to resources assignments data |

Edit Columns Opening the Resource Columns Setup window to add new Resource Columns or edit/delete existing Resource Columns |

Add Columns to the View Opening the Select Resource Columns window to add selected resource fields to the current task view |

Sync Columns and Assignments Execute synchronization of resource columns and assignments in every task - to copy data from task custom field to resource assignment or from resource assignment to task custom field |
Physical Volume - Contains instruments to calculate the tasks % complete (and % work complete of their assignments) according to the tasks' physical volumes

Update % Complete Execute updating of % complete, % work complete and physical % complete according to actual work and % work complete of main resource assignments (Physical Volumes). After updating all three % complete must be the same. |
Settings - Contains button to open PlanBridge Settings dialog box
