The essential stage of project planning is definition of project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). In some projects PM is able to define project contents personally. However, in practice a project could refer to several topics, and therefore PM could have a lack of knowledge to define the project contents. In that case decomposition of summary tasks is to be made by participants, who are in charge for execution of these tasks.

PlanBridge has a function of automatic creation of separate Exchange Documents for each (or certain) project participant. In such document only tasks of certain participant are shown.
Together with task decomposition, loading of planned data could also take place. This data could be represented by a set of any task fields (i.e. Start, Finish, Duration) including corporate ones.
